can I deduct vacation expenses and could not travel because of health

I pre-paid for my vacation in advance and failed to take the Insurance, I could not travel because of my health condition..can I deduct any part of this expense , Over 5,000

No, this is a personal expense and cannot be deducted on your tax return.
