Can I deduct the rent for my office space for my business? I use it 2/3 of the time and my husband uses it 1/3 of the time- but he works remotely for an employer.

I have my own business and I rent an office where I do my work. My husband has been working remotely because his office shut down for Covid and he has been using it 2 days a week while I use it 3 days a week. Can I deduct the rent for this office for my business?

Yes, you rent an office for your business. It is a legitimate business expense. It is still your office, even if on weekends you let kids come play in it.
