Can I deduct property tax on more than one second home in the same tax year?

One second home would be for a certain time period (e.g. Jan to May) and different piece of property would be the second home for June to December.

Yes, you can deduct property tax on two different second homes from different time periods in the same tax year. Please keep in mind that the State and Local Tax (SALT) deduction, which includes property tax, is capped at $10,000 ($5,000 for couples filing separately). Please see here for more information.
