Can I deduct mileage expense for attending required training as a youth sport official for 2019? If yes, where in Turbo Tax for business and home that I can enter the mileage?

Do you receive a W-2 for your duties or do you receive a 1099Misc?

I receive form 1099-MISC for my sport officiating income.
