Can I deduct LSAT preparation expenses, as well as the $185 I spent to take the LSAT and $185 to sign up for the LSAC credential assembly service?

No, you cannot deduct LSAT preparation or LSAT costs, including sign up fees, unfortunately.  The IRS does not allow a deduction for college entrance exams; they are not considered qualified education expenses.
