Can i deduct lawyer fees for probate court to get conservatorship for a disabled person to provde financial and medical assitance

disabled person was not able to perform any
response to any medical or financial requirements for treatment

Unfortunately, you cannot deduct these legal fees.

The IRS only allows the deduction of legal fees which are necessary to acquire and defend your taxable income.
