Can I deduct home improvements made in 2021 if i did not claim them in prior tax returns?

I installed a new front door and all new windows in 2021. Looking to see if I can deduct these expenses in 2023.

No.  You can only claim improvements paid for and made in the year that you are filing your tax return.  If you want to claim the credit for 2021, you would need to Amend Your Return for 2021 and add the credit.  In 2021, the credit for doors was 10% of the cost of the door. So, if you had a tax liability in 2021, you can absolutely go back and claim it this year yet. You do only have 3 years from the date you filed your return.
