Can I deduct cost of hotel when I stayed 21 days in hospital based drug treatment program?

Yes - The cost of in-patient and out-patient treatment programs for alcohol, drug addiction and other medical problems is are deductible  So if the cost hotel were part of a medically authorized drug treatment program and you have to pay out of pocket costs, then you will be able to include this as a medical expense.
