Can i claim the child and dependent care credit even though the paper received shows my fiance's employee discount and it is in her name?

my fiance works at the childcare facility our two-year-old son goes to. She recently got a account charge/credit summary to file on taxes. since we agreed we would each claim one child, she is wondering if i can claim the child and dependent care credit even though the paper is in her name and it shows her employee discount.
