Can I as the guardian/caregiver file for credit even if they're my dependents?

Can I claim childcare expenses to myself as the provider?

No you cannot.

You cannot get the childcare credit for yourself as the provider of care to your own children.   The childcare credit is used if you pay someone ELSE to take care of your child so you can go to work and earn W-2 or self-employment income.
