Can entire refund be offset for back child support while your paying on it and have 2 children as dependents

I pay my child support directly out of my pay checks and a percent is supposed to be going towards what i owe. I also have my other two children in home i support. I figured they would take a percent but the hole thing?

If there is an offset order for your tax refund because you have delinquent child support, then the whole refund will be seized.
