can Contributions to the health charitable account should be blank since you indicated that you did not retain copies of receipts to support this claimed donation?

Yes, you should leave the contributions to the health charitable account blank if you indicated that you did not have proof to support the claimed donation. Please keep in mind that a bank record or written communication from the charity can also count as proof for you to claim the deduction. Please see this IRS Topic 506 for more information.
