Building house using energy efficient "insulating concrete forms (ICF)" can I get an energy credit for the insulated styrofoam blocks installed

we built house in 2016 and purchased blocks in 2016

The Nonbusiness Energy Property Credit (the energy credit that applies to insulation) is not available for new construction. Please see the FAQ below for more information.
