I have not used any contributions and would like to know if this is correct and how do I find out my personal contributions to my HSA account?
The amount shown with code W in box 12 of your W-2 is the amount contributed through your employer, whether or not is came out of your paycheck. Personal contributions are instead those that you yourself deposited into the HSA, not by payroll deduction through your employer. Such a deposit made by you personally would likely have come from your checking account, so if you don't remember making such a payment to your HSA, check your checking account statements for any such payments you yourself made.
Both personal and employer contributions are listed on your W2 in box 12, code W. You can contact your HSA administrator and ask for statements that show all contributions and distributions.
another possibility is that there was a deduction from your last 2022 paycheck that wasn't sent until 2023. for you, it would still be a 2022 contribution.

Thank you for the answer. I have not made any separate contributions other than contributing from my paycheck. So I guess 1730$ is the final amount and I should mention 0 dollars personal contribution?
@sandeshuc , that is correct. Enter the $1,730 only with code W in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form and complete the HSA section only to establish your eligibility to have made a $1,730.
Of course, if you choose to do so you have until April 18, 2023 to personally deposit additional amounts into the HSA yourself and report them as personal 2022 contributions as long as these plus the $1,730 do not exceed the amount that you are eligible to contribute for 2022.
