Attended many paid webinars and meetups while unemployed in 2019; Are the registration fees deductible?

I was unemployed in the entire year of 2019 and attended many (20+) meetup events where the organizers charged from $20 to $40. All these expenses were paid online and Eventbrite receipts are available. Similar case with a handful of online webinars.

Are these deductible and where would I enter the details?  I am using TurboTax Deluxe for the first time (my tax preparer has retired). I am based in California.

Thank you very much for your guidance, which I don't want to take for granted.

Sorry--no.  Job-related expenses and job-search expenses are no longer deductible on your federal return.
