Are you able to claim sales tax, registration, vehicle license for a vehicle purchase?

No. You can claim sales tax only if you choose to claim state sales tax instead of state income tax. The only other thing that you can claim for a vehicle is personal property tax. Some states charge you personal property tax as part of the registration/license fee. To be deductible , that must be clearly stated as a personal property tax which is based solely on the value of the vehicle. Fixed fee registration/license fees are not deductible.
