Are origination fees same as FHA Insurance Premium Paid to FHA

No, that is more like a mortgage insurance premium.   Origination fees can also be called points, maximum loan charges, discount points, or loan discount.  It is an amount based on the percentage of the loan value to reduce the interest rate.
