Am I able to claim military haircuts as a work expense?

I'm military(marine) and would like to know if i am able to claim haircuts on my work related expenses. a $477 a year expense

No. Haircuts for military personnel, or anyone else, are not tax deductible. They are considered normal grooming by IRS and are not deductible even if required by your job.
