Although I checked "YES" for are "Are all your HSA distributions for Medical Expenses?", it still lists those as "TAXABLE." What's wrong?

That is a known bug that will be corrected in a future update. 

As a workaround for tax-estimating purposes, reduce the HSA distribution amount you enter by any amount applied to qualified medical expenses.
