After completing the form, it tells us we have a financial account in a foreign country even after clicking the no response. Now what?

In the left-side menu, go to Tax Tools > Tools > Delete a Form.

 

Delete Form 8938 from your return.

 

Then close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to where you left off.
