2023 Form 1116 Schedule B

Question for Turbotax - were the issues with this schedule resolved so that the 2023 returns requiring this form can be e-filed now? I ask as the form does not look complete to me - no dates at the top of it and it was a form revised 12/2022. I have not gotten to the e-file attempt yet, but I know that you don't get any warnings about things not being right until you're in that process, so I just want to know if this is going to present a problem.

The TurboTax Forms Availability Tool indicates that both Form 1116 and 1116 Schedule B are available for print and for e-file.
