2 New Lennox HVACs installed

In 2021, I have had the upper floor and lower floor hvacs installed. I was told I could claim 500 for each hvac system. However, how do I go about entering both individual costs in turbotax

This credit is limited.

The total combined credit limit of $500 is for all tax years after 2005 when claiming the Nonbusiness Energy Property Credit.  There is not an individual credit for each HVAC installed.

and it may be further limited because the credit can not bring Line 22 of Form 1040 below zero...
