2 home offices in 2 different locations at 2 different period of the year

For January -May I had a home office in 1 location (Atlanta, GA) and from June - December a home office in a different location (Savannah, GA). Can I claim home office expense for both locations? If so how do I do it?

Yes.  After you enter your first home office, it will ask you if you lived in more than one home.  Here you will say yes and then TurboTax will walk you through the steps of adding the second home office.
