1099-DIV section is asking me to provide how much in Foreign Dividends was received. None of my forms indicate what proportion of dividends were from foreign sources.

Check your 1099-DIV to see if there is an entry for Box 7.  If there is an entry, you can either zero it out to not claim the foreign tax credit OR call the broker for the foreign amount.
