1099-DIV : I have a dividend from Canada and not the U.S. Federal review does not allow me to change designation to a foreign country. How do I fix this?????

When you properly enter the 1099 DIV information, go slow and carefully read ALL of the questions & notes.  That situation IS covered when you accurately enter the information.
