1099-Div Box 3, nondividend distribution (return of capital) is included in Foreign Dividend Income, should I report the amount as dividend income or take it out?

TT ask for how much of the foreign income is qualified dividends and L-T capital gain income. Not sure if I should include the nondividend distribution as qualified dividend income.
