Worked in MN for 2 weeks, live FL. Thought I read somewhere if income under certain limit would not need to file non resident taxes. Did take state taxes out of check?

Will I need to file or is there a minimum wage? Or would I get the state taxes back if I file?

You should file a Minnesota non-resident return.  If you are not over the threshold that requires filing, you will have to file to get a refund of the tax withheld.  If you're over the threshold, then you're required to file.  Either way, you should file.
