Withholding from another state

I have received third party sick pay from a provider that has a MI/ME state ID #. I live in Ohio and I don't know if I have to file state taxes in another state. They have wages displayed in box 16, but the state tax box 17 says $0.00. Do I just file an Ohio tax return and pay the amount due?

You do not need to file a non-resident tax return for the state where the third party sick pay provider is located.  You only need to file an Ohio state tax return.
