Will the state of Missouri accept a cashier's check for my state income tax payment?

My state income tax exceeds the money order maximum of $1,000 and I don't have a checkbook. Will they accept a cashier's check with my return in the mail?

Yes, the state of Missouri will accept Cashier's Checks.  Have the check made payable to the "Missouri Department of Revenue.”

Further, they ask that you "please mail your Form MO-1040V [payment voucher] and payment to:

Missouri Department of Revenue
P.O. Box 371
Jefferson City, MO 65105-0371"
