Why is TurboTax generating Form 8582 when I have no passive activity loss in the state of Maryland?

How should I fix it to submit my state return? The page doesn't allow me to enter or fix on Form 8582.

This is a known issue within TurboTax 2021 and is being investigated.  See the article I've linked below.

I can't get an answer to "when this will be fixed" and my Maryland taxes can't transmit till this issue is resolved. Intuit has already charged my credit card for the Maryland filing and the Form 8582 flaw remains unfixed.

TurboTax is aware of this issue and the team is currently working on this issue to get it resolved.
