The NC DOR has delayed its tax acceptance operations and won't accept any forms until it has completed some late computations, resulting from late-year actions by the NC legislature. After the NCDOR figures out their own computer changes, they have to let ALL the software companies how the calculations have changed....and then approve each company's version of the NC data submission.
Expected TTX software date for that is 17 Feb....but that could change.

(((later: As of 8 Feb, the main D-400 and a few schedules for printing/mailing only is supposed to be ready by 10 Feb, but a few backup schedules for some purposes...not until 17 Feb. For E-filing everything, right now, TTX indicates 24 Feb, but as I indicated before, that could change)))
