Why can't I open my California State Tax return? I click start & it goes to "edit" but from there nothing happens, except that an amount due is calculated. Am I supposed to click "done with State"?

You might clear your cache and cookies in your browser and retry the edit button. 

1. Log out and log back in using the chrome browser
2. Once you are logged in on the Chrome Browser, select the three dots in the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Select settings>privacy and security>clear browsing history
4. Log out>shut down your computer>start it back up again
5. Log into turbo tax in chrome and see if you can use the edit button
