Where is the New York business State IT-204-LL form in Turbo Tax....I made the payment, wheres the form

I submitted the $25 fee via Turbo Tax. It asked me all the questions on the form. Do I still need to send the form and can I do so electronically through Turbo Tax or did it send the information to New York? Also, I never received an email confirmation of the payment.   Thank you!

Yes, you still need the form and yes you can file it electronically.
