Where do I sign and date Wisconsin for W-RA?

There's no place on Wisconsin's Form W-RA for a signature or date.  If it eases your mind, you can sign and date in the margins, or in the blank space on page two of the form.

Be sure that you mail Form W-RA and all required attachments to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue within 48 hours of receipt of your Wisconsin acknowledgment. Refunds may not complete processing until Form W-RA and its attachments have been received.
