Where do I record Form 3522 Tax payments on my 1040

Form 3522 represents the annual tax required of an LLC in California in order to operate.  You would deduct this payment as a tax payment made on your business return.  This payment can't apply to your California Tax payments because it is an additional tax owed to the state.
