Where do I enter rural practitioner tax credit for Oregon? It did not shown on list of available credits on turbo tax

This credit can be found in the Oregon state section, on the screen that says Take a Look at Oregon Credits and Taxes. At the bottom there will be a section called Other Credits. Click on Uncommon Oregon Credits. 

On the Uncommon Oregon Credits screen, check the box that says Practiced medicine in rural areas of Oregon. (see screenshot)
