Where do I enter a Form 1099ME, Maine Pass-Through Withholding

This represents a Maine pass-through withheld tax on income from a Partnership in the state of Maine reported on a Form K-1

Enter the ME  pass-through withholding in the "Withholding not already entered in W-2 or 1099" interview, found under Personal > Deductions and Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid >  Other Income Taxes > Other Income Taxes in 2017.
