Where do I deduct my payments to my grandchildrens 529 plan on Ohio tax form

You can deduct your contributions by going to Federal Taxes, State Taxes, you will continue until you see "Here's the income that Ohio handles differently screen. Then you will look for the Education section, CollegeAdvantage fund section 529 plan, then you will click Start/Revisit.
