When will the NJ State Filing Forms be available in Turbotax Business 2019?

I heard that the forms would be generally available as of 1/30 and one can certainly file directly with NJ State at this time, 2/16. However, I paid for the NJ State add-on for ease of use and still cannot file my returns with TurboTax. When will this software be updated so that we can file our NJ taxes?
