What to do after filing W2s?

I already submitted the W2 forms through turbotax. Do I need to send or upload copies to state or anywhere else by the due date? 

Also, I am still waiting for the W2 to be accepted. If they are not accepted by Jan 31, would I be considered late for the submission?

Assuming you are referring to creating W-2 Forms using Quick Employer Forms, if you electronically filed the forms, you do not send anything else to the taxing agencies.  You may still need to print them to submit to your employees.  Please see this link for additional details.
