Any item that you see in box 14 for which you can't find a category, just use "Other".
The entries in box 14 are not standardized by the IRS, and they will not affect your tax return. They are used primarily as a means for the employer to indicate some piece of information to you, like you have paid tax to a Pennsylvania school district (I think that what it means...or not).
Call your employer if you want to know what it is, but how you enter it (or even if you enter it) will not affect your return.
Actually when I selected "PA TAX PAID" my federal refund increase a lot. I ended up selecting "Other". So the answer is not correct, the codes in box 14 can impact the return.
It is not a tax - it is a political subdivision (PSD code) - a school district code for your information.
The 15602 identifies the school district where you live.
