What should I do if I live in Massachusetts, and am still only parents health insurance? They live in Connecticut

My health insurance from Connecticut does not have a MA 1099-HC form, and I do not understand how to clarify something like that on my forms.

You will need to contact the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority using the link below to either request a certificate of exemption or to request clarification to ensure your coverage meets the requirements for health insurance as requested on Schedule HC on your MA tax return.

If you don't receive a 1099-HC, it's your responsibility to determine whether your insurance meets Massachusetts MCC requirements. See here for more info:

Complete the Massachusetts Health Insurance interview as follows:
Enter the insurance company name and your subscriber number, but leave the federal identification number blank. Check the box "I didn't receive a 1099-HC from this insurance company".
