To determine if you received a credit, you can select "Deductions and Credits" from the top navigation. This will bring you to the list of tax topics in the Deductions and Credits section, at the top of this list will be each tax topic that you have in this section. If you don't see a value for "Home Energy Credits", then the credit is not on your return. To add it, please expand the "Your Home" category from the list of topics below, if the topic is not listed there, it will be classified at the bottom as unlikely.
