What forms of id are acceptable to e file? My mother wants to use Turbo Tax this year but she does not have a state issued drivers license or id.

The driver's license number is an added security measure the IRS and States have put in place for 2016 but for most states her return can be filed and will process without a driver's license number.  This Turbo Tax FAQ has more information.
