What does "Enter the portion of the following net dividend income that is attributable to New Jersey" mean? I work in NJ and live in MD.

TurboTax wants to know how much of your dividend income is NJ sourced.   If you lived in MD all of 2024, enter zero there.   If you were a part-year resident of NJ during 2024, allocate your dividends based on how long you lived there.

How do I allocate (split) income for a part-year state return?
