What does "Does the income from last year's return still apply?" mean exactly? I do not still work for this company, nor did I this past tax year.

If the income does not apply to tax year 2020 then select "No".  TurboTax attempts to make your entries easier by transferring information from prior years so that you only have to update or delete it if it doesn't apply.
