What do i do if it does not have nevada as on option for state and local taxes, box 13 - state?

Nevada does not have an income tax.

Why is this everyones answer? I still live in Nevada, and it put $0.00 in the state tax withheld spot. All this information is on the forms why wouldnt they also put it in the turbotax drop down? 

Leave boxes 15-17 BLANK.  Don't enter zeros on your tax return.
