What could I be overlooking? Lived in Georgia until 7/20/24, then moved to NC. NC state tax refund is exceeding NC tax withheld by $700. I've double checked my data.

On the North Carolina allocation page, make sure you indicated the correct amount for NC Part Year Return.  You can check on the NC Summary to make sure the amount is the correct NC income. (See below.)
