What are premiums paid through a salary reduction cafeteria plan?

This is under "Other Health Insurance" in my Idaho state return prep.

Cafeteria Plans are an employer-sponsored benefit that lets employees pay certain qualified medical expenses – such as health insurance premiums for medical, dental, and vision coverage – on a pre-tax basis. They are sometimes called Section 125 Cafeteria Plans.

Premiums paid through a cafeteria plan or other salary-reduction arrangement can't be included in the Idaho deduction for health insurance costs. For example, if your health insurance payments are deducted from your paycheck pretax, they don't qualify for the deduction.
