What am I supposed to put in Amount not on principal residence in the Illinois Income tax review section? It won't accept $0. I can't get past this section.

It has prefilled the "Property taxes paid" box correctly. The next box is "Amount not on principal residence." I enter $0 there. But when I click the continue button, it just brings me back to the review page and starts me all over again.

Leave the box blank if you did not pay property tax on a parcel that was not your principal residence.

The Illinois Property Tax Credit is a credit on your individual income tax return equal to 5 percent of Illinois Property Tax (real estate tax) you paid on your principal residence.

I left the box blank, and it is still directing me back to review.

Try deleting the Illinois state tax return and re-entering the information.
